A review that has as its main theme the food linked to the territory, but which must give the possibility to every single refuge to express its own personality. It is possible to taste different menus of the Ladin tradition, made with products related to the territory and which are as much as possible at km 0.- First course and dessert at the price of Euro 13,00
- Single and sweet dish at the price of Euro 19,00
In Val di Fassa, taste does not only mean food but also “enjoy the mountain in all its aspects”, for three weekend appointments:
– September 22: Meeting with mountaineering (to be defined), at the Roda di Vael refuge
– September 29: Meeting with writing, “Tita Piaz, the generous Devil” story and video by the author Alfredo Paluselli, in the locality of Gardeccia
– 06 October: Meeting with gastronomy, show cooking by the Val di Fassa Chefs Association
