GENERAL CONDITIONS REGARDING PRICES, BOOKING, DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION.

• Prices are calculated per person per night in half board service
• Reservation will be valid only after payment a deposit of € 40 per person and written confirmation from Rifugio Antermoia.
• The confirmation deposit is paid by credit card at the time of booking.
• Payment for your stay: the evening before departure in cash or credit card.
• Rooms “reserved for private use, + € 84,50 per unoccupied bed is charged

Triple for double use: + € 84,50 per night, quadruple for double use + € 169

• Pets: Unfortunately pets are not allowed in our rooms and dormitories.

Cancellation conditions

• The confirmation deposit acts as a deposit and will not be refunded under any circumstances (pursuant to article 1385 of the Italian Civil Code).
• If the cancellation is made at least 10 days before the arrival date, it will be possible to use the deposit paid for a subsequent overnight stay within the current summer season. From the tenth day the entire deposit will be retained and the amount cannot be transferred to another date.
• If on the arrival day the number of participants is lower than the one booked without any previous comunication, the full amount of the stay will be calculated € 84,50
• Cancellation on the day of arrival, no show, early departure, the entire amount of the stay will be charged to the booking card. (84,50 € per person)
