RESERVATION CONDITIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY RIFUGIO ANTERMOIA
Please read the booking rules below carefully. Each booking, once confirmed, is legally binding under Italian legislation. The contract is binding for those who make the booking and for all the other subjects mentioned in the same, minors included.
A reservation can be made on our website www.rifugioantermoia.com or you can send an email to enquire about available vacancies. The reservation will only be confirmed after payment is received.If we do not receive a deposit within 3 days the reservation will be cancelled.

At this point, RIFUGIO ANTERMOIA will undertake to send the customer an e-mail of confirmation or a summary voucher to show at the time of check-in. Confirmation of the reservation implies acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms. We kindly ask you to check the accuracy of the aforementioned confirmation data and to communicate any anomaly as soon as possible. The communication must be received no later than 4 days after receipt of the same. After this term we decline any responsibility for any inaccuracies. Upon arrival, it is mandatory to present an identification document for each person. To make changes to the reservation it is necessary to contact the reception staff, who will do everything possible to satisfy the request. However, we cannot guarantee the fulfillment of this request. If the reservation is moved to a period for which the price is higher than the amount paid, the customer is required to pay the difference.
Payment (General Conditions):
We require the deposit to be paid within 3 days of your reservation or the booking will be cancelled.
The deposit is 30% of the total amount of the stay. As required by the civil code in art. 1385, the deposit will not be returned in case of cancellation beyond the terms specified below or non-presentation.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit card or cash.
The balance of the reservation must be paid on departure. Any extras must be paid before departure.

Please send a copy of the bank transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org including the reservation date,your telephone number and your email address. You will receive a confirmation email from us shortly after.
Rifugio Antermoia reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card before the arrival of the customer by requesting a pre-authorization. The pre-authorization will be the full amount or a percentage of the total when checking the validity of the card.
NO AMOUNT IS DEBITED. The pre-authorization expires automatically after 20 days from the requested date and the amount is released. If a problem occurs with the pre-authorization, the customer will be notified and the reservation will be canceled. In this case Rifugio Antermoia will have no obligation towards the customer.
Extension of the stay:
The extension of the stay requires an additional reservation, and is subject to availability and rate changes.
Cancellation Policy (Individual Bookings)
Any booking cancellation must be communicated as soon as possible in writing to email@example.com , specifying all the information necessary to find the booking. If a deposit has been paid, Rifugio Antermoia will decide whether the deposit will be retained or refunded.
INTERRUPTION OF THE STAY:
No refund is due to the guest who decides to terminate the stay already undertaken and therefore is required to pay for the entire booked stay.
NoShow: In case of no-show, the deposit will be retained, or the cost of the entire stay will be charged to the credit card given as guarantee.
Group Booking and Cancellation Policy: By making a booking, the person who completes the process is identified as the group’s contact person and confirms that he or she is authorized by the other participants to adhere to the Booking Conditions and the Cancellation Policy of Rifugio Antermoia. The contact person of the group is responsible for the total billing for all bookings confirmed by them. Requests after the deadline must be made directly and exclusively by the group leader. Reservations do not include changes unless requested and authorized in writing by Rifugio Antermoia.
To confirm the booking of medium and large groups, a deposit of € 10.00 per bed per night will be required.
The group contact person is obliged to communicate the correct number of participants to Rifugio Antermoia by Email or phone within 7 days before the stay.
– Any cancellations must be received in writing (by email).
– Canceled reservations will be subject to penalties as follows:
Up to 15 days before the arrival date no penalty will be applied;
The deposit will be withheld from 15 to 7 days before arrival.
From 14 days to 7 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be retained and a penalty will be applied.
In case of “no show” or early departure, a penalty of 100% of the entire stay will be charged.
Early departures will be charged for the entire booking.
Confirmation of the reservation implies acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms.
The management declines all responsibility for disservices due to non-supplies, accidental breakdowns of the equipment or other causes of unforeseen circumstances. No liability is accepted for damage caused by other guests, by weather events, natural disasters, epidemics, diseases and thefts.
